Upon the Donor ordering and tying their Order to the
individual member . . . the Donor will immediately
receive an automated Email on behalf of your Organization
and the specific member for which they have sponsored to say
"THANK YOU" in appreciation for their support. This automated campaign is part of an "engagement strategy" to build a lasting relationship with the Donor and your Organization.
Three days prior to the end of the Initial Fundraising
Drive, Life Changes Today, LLC will send an automated
Email to those potential Donors who have received an
appeal via the LCT app from the members of your Organization that have not yet ordered. This automated campaign will assist your members to optimize the success of your Initial Fundraising Drive by reminding those potential Donors that there is still time to participate !
27 days after the conclusion of the Initial Fundraising
Drive, an automated Email campaign will be sent to all
those "potential Donors" that had received an original
appeal via the LCT app but did not choose to place an order as part of the Initial Fundraising Drive. While making a 2nd appeal to them as a Donor, the email will also communicate to them precisely why the funds are needed to support the goals of your Organization.
27 days after the Initial Fundraising Drive, an
automated Email will be sent to the Donors informing
them of the BENEFITS from continued use of the
products ordered with URL links to success stories of existing users. Additionally, the automated Email campaign will "thank" the Donor for their support while communicating to the Donor the overall SUCCESS of your Organization's Initial Fundraising Drive!
42 days after the Initial Fundraising Drive, for those
Donors who turned down "Attempt #1", a 2nd attempt
for those Donors for "continued use" of their original purchase -or- an opportunity for them to pursue alternative products. Additionally, the automated Email campaign will "thank" the Donor for their support while communicating to the Donor the overall SUCCESS of your Organization's Initial Fundraising Drive!

57 days after the Initial Fundraising Drive, for
those retained Donors - thank them again, furnish a
URL link to success stories and encourage them to sign
up for "Smart Ship"! These success stories clearly demonstrate

90 days or (3) months after the Initial Fundraising
Drive, an automated email campaign will be sent to
all Donors with a two-fold purpose . . . (A) to let the
Donors know of the "accomplishments" of your Organization
for which their contributions helped to make possible, and (B) to further encourage the Donors that their continued support would be appreciated while they benefit from the health-related TLC products.
60 days after the conclusion of the Initial Fundraising
Drive, the members of the Organization will receive a
short Email providing them an update with statistics that
demonstrate the early success of the Retention Strategies. A reminder will be included throughout the balance of the year, as members come across other potential Donors that could benefit from the TLC products . . . to send them a promo via the LCT app!
Six (6) months after the Initial Fundraising Drive,
an automated email campaign will be sent to all Donors
with a two-fold purpose . . . (A) to communicate some of the ongoing activities with its returning members as well as to recognize its graduating members, and (B) to further educate the Donors of other TLC Products which also benefit their overall health and wellness while raising funds for your Organization.
Four (4) months after the Initial Fundraising Drive,
